My Wife was treated very poorly by the "appointment setter" at this location. She is very incompetent and does NOT know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid Health Insurance, nor what Primary and Secondary Insurance are. My wife is disabled and has Dental Insurance thru MEDICARE , but she has Medicaid as a secondary Insurance. My wife has abcess and a dental emergency but appt setter wouldnt listen,nor would she allow my wife to speak w an office manager when she requested one. Went to the oral surgeon today for a consultation because it’s finally time to get rid of my wisdom teeth. I’ve been putting this off for the better part of 20 years because they haven’t been a problem, I’m a scaredy cat and let’s face it....it’s never cheap. This office had the coolest, pain free, cutting edge x-rays I’ve ever experienced...just a halo that rotates around your head...no ouchie bite down 20 times in a row situation. These people hung up on me after refusing twice to see my 14 year old daughter because I missed an appointment 6 months ago when I was in the hospital with heart failure. Shame on you! My daughter is in excruciating pain and you want to play games on the phone. I wouldn't knowingly send my worst enemy there .
Just got my bottom wisdom teeth removed this morning. Had a great experience, they made me feel comfortable so I felt at ease, and not nervous at all. They called and checked up on how I was feeling,and asked if I had any questions etc. I would highly recommend. Dr Griffith & Assistants were amazing.
Amazing customer service. The staff here are so amazing. Thank you Lisa, thank you Dr. Richardson! You guys got me right in and took care of everything. I highly recommend this place!
The best dental experience I’ve had, by far! Dr. V is amazing. He’s personable and explanatory. My visit for wisdom extractions exceeded my expectations.
