My Wife was treated very poorly by the "appointment setter" at this location. She is very incompetent and does NOT know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid Health Insurance, nor what Primary and Secondary Insurance are. My wife is disabled and has Dental Insurance thru MEDICARE , but she has Medicaid as a secondary Insurance. These people hung up on me after refusing twice to see my 14 year old daughter because I missed an appointment 6 months ago when I was in the hospital with heart failure. Shame on you! My daughter is in excruciating pain and you want to play games on the phone. I wouldn't knowingly send my worst enemy there .
RecommendedJust got my bottom wisdom teeth removed this morning. Had a great experience, they made me feel comfortable so I felt at ease, and not nervous at all. They called and checked up on how I was feeling,and asked if I had any questions etc. I would highly recommend. Dr Griffith & Assistants were amazing.
The best dental experience I’ve had, by far! Dr. V is amazing. He’s personable and explanatory. My visit for wisdom extractions exceeded my expectations.
RecommendedI had to have two procedure done yesterday. A root canal and an extraction/ bone graft. Dr. Sather and Dr. Taylor did an amazing job as well as the staff with the assist. As awful as the procedures are known to be, it was an extremely comfortable experience! Thanks again!!
