The Dr. at this location miss-diagnosed me. I went to him in distress, asked him if it was possible if I had certain disease naming it by name. He immediately dismissed me. My visit with the Dr was under 5-minuts, he would not acknowledge anything I said. The Dr went as far as writing on my paperwork it was not the disease, I asked him about because “it was too rare”. Be very, very careful of what you are getting billed. Thank god I asked for a print out of my bill so I could see all the fraudulent charges. This doctor billed me for multiple fraudulent items that we never did or received such as “an hour long training”. Ya, I was never trained on anything and did not request any training. I saw him for maybe 10 min max and only to refill some prescriptions that have been the same for years. Then I get a bill will all kinds of fake and random charges on it. After several visits, we have found the staff to be very helpful, even going above and beyond on several occasions. Please note that the office observes strict lunch hour closings, from noon to 1, and the front receptionist may not always be there, as that position goes last. The entrance also faces away from the street, so it maybe difficult to find the first time.

My original review was a 1. However, the doctor was great and the office manager handled my complaint properly. I have a follow up appointment end of October and will reevaluate then.
