I have been a patient of Valley Endocrinology for over 10 years. Dr. Biesbroeck was my doctor and regretfully he retired. I had had a cat scan done the previous month .I wanted to understand the results and what was planned. Dr. Brard was pretty patronizing and sarcastic with me. I did not feel my questions were unreasonable. I was shocked at the doctor's attitude. My husband was with me for that appointment.
Dr. Norwood is subject to a restraining order and super creepy, no wonder he is being sued chec out the fresnobee article.
Been going there for 9 plus years and Dr.Shadmany is the best, literally saved my life but after making an appointment several days ago and was told they took my insurance I get to my appointment and was told they won’t take my insurance and will not let me self pay and that I need to go see a different endocrinologist that will take my insurance. Not sure if the doctors know what is going on at front desk but they do need to be a little more sympathetic to patients care. I literally had to beg for some meds as I was out and... read more
Dr Brard and his nurse were very patient and knowledgeable. Office staff very polite and professional. Great first impression.
Dr. Brard is the best endocrinologist. The nurses and office staff at Valley Endocrine are all wonderful, caring people. I highly recommend them.
Good quality care. Good front desk. Punctual staff all around. Dr Shadmany is a fantastic.
