Great Service – I've been using Valley East for 2 years now at my home, and they have always been personable, kind, and thorough. A reasonable price and a friendly, family business atmosphere make this company worth your time and money.
Dependable and Professional – My fiance has been using Valley East for his pest control needs for over 6 years at his home in Chandler. They were always on time and professional. When we moved into a new home, we literally searched for their number because we knew they'd deliver good service. We've had them out twice now and they do a good job. Great Service – We have had Valley East taking care of our property for the past thirty years and have never had a problem with insects. The service has been great and we have never had any issues related to customer service or the care that has been taken to keep our property insect free. Excellent service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE – I previously used a great pest control company and could not locate them in Dex online, I found Valley East pest Control called and they said they could come out that same day. A team of 2 came out and one sprayed inside while the other sprayed outside. Both the techs told me I should expect to see many dead pests as I had seen before with other pest control company, later that same evening we saw only a few dead and tons of crickets sewer ro@ches still crawling all over the back of my house and property. ... read more
Crappy Customer Service – We were looking for a pest control company to provide spot treatments during a remodel of our house. We called East Valley and they said they could be out that day to provide an estimate and spot treatment. My husband took off work to meet him and the man at the house. The guy eventually called half an hour late and he he wouldn't be able to make it and he should just find someone else. Too bad for him - he just lost alot of business.
