Rude, self- centered, narcissistic. Does not answer questions. My sinuplasty was okay in one nostril but not the other. Went back to see him and he stood at the door and basically dismissed me. I said that I had vertigo and he said he did too. Not satisfied at all.
I avoid coming to the Brownsville office due to the rudeness and unprofessional of the window staff. I prefare to go to the Harlingen office but unfortunately I had to come again to the Brownsville one. The Person on the window name ELVIA was rude and unprofessional . Doctors have to do something about this. All doctors are awesome! It’s the window staff …today was this Elvia lady !!!!
This facility SUCKS. The people in the front have no idea what they are doing. They schedule a follow up knowing they won’t be taking my type of insurance for my child. They don’t call you to let you know in advance if you need anything prior to the appt, they always wait till you are at the facility and tell you the day of your appt. So annoying and it’s just always something when you walk in.
