Horrible customer service. I have a 5000sq ft home we just moved in. Since its Labor Day I inquired if there Was any Labor Day specials only because I know this is a huge undertaking. I was met with utter confusion and a very condescending sounding representative on the phone who absolutely could not understand how I could possibly be asking that. A simple tone chanfe or sweet response could have saved the sell! She was atrocious so Ill be taking my business elsewhere! Get a new phone girl!!
