I ordered the Cobb Salad, which includes grilled chicken, and paid an additional $10.38 for rib-eye steak under “Choose your topping.” Nothing indicates that adding steak replaces the chicken, and I’ve ordered this same combination before and received both. This time, the salad arrived with steak but no chicken. When I contacted the restaurant, the only solution offered was for me to drive there and pick up the missing chicken myself. Our server disappeared for a while and my bacon was mushy. Very disappointed.
