Horrible i got sent by my primary care doctor since January i followed up with there office if they received my referral they kept saying no for the past 3 months i called once again and they ended up telling me that they didn't receive my insurance they could have called and let me know but they didn’t instead i had to call many times to get an answer.
Really horrible customer service the manager there I talked to her really rude. She hung up on me that she wasn’t going to set up an appointment for me I asked if I could speak with someone higher she refused. She just hung up. Please don’t go there. They’re horrible.
I experienced very disrespectful behavior from the front desk staff when calling for a family member, along with poor coordination of their part. It was also disappointing to be charged a cancellation fee despite the cancellation being for medical reasons. They need to clean up their processes and character as a medical office.
I would love to leave a comment about this office the front desk is so completely absolutely rude they said they called me back and left me a voicemail and that was a complete lie because I was by my phone the ringer on and everything and I never got a call back or a voicemail and I don’t understand how they sleep at night I’m so mad
