They never pick up calls but spam with useless texts asking to call again.
This office is absolutely absurd. Not sure if they have too many patients to accommodate or what. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there and when you do they rush you off the phone. Have to literally show up in person to talk to someone. They won’t even answer an actual insurance representative. Been waiting 2 months for my PA to get my prescription. If you’re in the market for an endocrinologist I’d most definitely look elsewhere if you value your time and want an office that actually helps you out.

they do not answer their phone AT ALL. if you need any kind of help or even just need to reschedule an appointment you will have to go in person just to talk to them because they DONT ANSWER. and when you are inside you can hear the phones ringing in the background too. oh but when you have an appointment soon they will make sure to call you three times a day to confirm your appointment. they once even called my emergency contact (my mom) to confirm my appointment
