It’s unacceptable that after scheduling my treatment appointment twice with Dr. Alejandro González, both times it was canceled without a clear explanation. On top of that, phone calls go unanswered, which shows a troubling lack of professionalism and commitment toward patients. I expect to be told plainly whether the reason is an issue with my insurance or if, for any reason, the doctor simply does not intend to see me. No se como están organizados porque gente que llega después que tú y te apuntas los atienden primero y uno con más de una hora y media esperando nomás miras como los que van llegando van entrando y eso que venemos con cita …muy mal servicio

Based off my experience: CONS: - wait time takes forever. Spent 2 hrs waiting to be seen so make sure you clear your schedule or allow for enough time before going. PROS: - Love a doctor that cares and takes the time to see his patients. He ensures that his patients fully understand and get all their questions answered. - We did not feel rushed during the time we saw the doctor. June26, 2025 being in the office since 9:00am it’s 10:19 and I’m not complaining about the wait, I’m complaining that 23 seats available and like 10people waiting to be seen, we can verly feel the a/c is super crowded, why can appointment be managed without being crowded, thanks God is not flue season
