Wonderful staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean office.
What good is having a receptionist if you never answer your phone? Your answering machine indicating a 24 hour follow up is ridiculous, patient care should be a priority, either hire more staff to handle your patient load or reduce those to a number that you can handle competently! I guess reading your reviews on the consistency of this problem and addressing it, is as important as answering or returning calls!
I was out of medication since December 27, 2024. My next appointment was not scheduled till January 8, 2025. I called for 5 days before running out of medication. I would leave messages and talk to someone. I finally had to take a day off work to get a straight answer or schedule to see a doctor. I waited for someone to talk to me for 30 minutes. When they finally were able to talk to me it was about how wrong I was on my scheduling. I took out the calendar on my phone to show them that someone messed up on my scheduling. Th... read more
