Kudos to the Doctors for bringing excellent Providers to the Playing Field in Endo at VDECC Pero let me just say this Ms. Correa is definitely one of the best providers there… she’s helped me not only bring my numbers down drastically she’s always been so helpful and always explaining everything to the T! Would definitely follow her to any of the 3 offices just to get an appointment with her when needed! Very dissatisfied with this clinic. Lack of empathy and professionalism. I was cancelled on twice. Waited so long for the appointment to receive a call day before to reschedule me. I reschedule having to wait even longer to get a call AGAIN day before literally at closing time to tell me they were going to have to reschedule me again. No empathy, no apology nothing. Found myself a different clinic.

Dr. Cantu is wonderful — very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She takes the time to answer all questions and truly educates her patients, which I really appreciate. However, my experience with the front desk staff, particularly Jennifer, was disappointing. When I returned to request a copy of my lab results (which the NP had already told me I could have), she seemed irritated and told me I would need to pay for a medical records release.
