Didn't get seen until 45 minutes past my appointment time!
Dr. Cantu is wonderful — very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She takes the time to answer all questions and truly educates her patients, which I really appreciate. However, my experience with the front desk staff, particularly Jennifer, was disappointing. When I returned to request a copy of my lab results (which the NP had already told me I could have), she seemed irritated and told me I would need to pay for a medical records release. Poor communication. No skills. No direct call back. Very careless attitude. No empathy at all. Looks like a sales office with all of the “career” patients. There is no signs to cure at this place just “prolonged” care. Cancelled any further appointments!!! I wish I could have been able to have taken a picture of the over flow of people there. And the parking lot is so small. I see that two other comments on here are obviously staff and or family of the owners. No real pictures just advertisements.
