It was my first visit to Valley Dermatology everyone on their staff was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I was seen on time and the doctor took their time and addressed all of my concerns. A+ Valley Dermatology.
I left this appointment feeling extremely disappointed and honestly defeated. From the moment I checked in, the focus felt more on money than on care. I was given a form with my deductible and I had to sign it. When I checked out the front desk asked if I could pay the $500 visit up front in a way that came across as rude and uncomfortable. Exceptional service from helpful and attentive staff. Made the experience very pleasant. Everything seemed to work very efficiently. They texted asking about any follow-up questions or concerns I may have a day or two after the visit. Highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised by this Dermatology group. The people I met were great to deal with. I would recommend this office to anyone needing regular dermatology services.
