I highly recommend Dr. Mark D. Medaugh and the team at Valley Dentists of Belchertown. I came in suffering from extreme pain, and the care I received was truly amazing. Dr. Mark performed Root Canal Therapy (RCT) on two of my upper teeth (#2 and #3) in a single five-hour session. He was incredibly kind, patient, and technically excellent throughout the long procedure. Most importantly, he successfully got me out of the debilitating pain I had been enduring. My experience here has been great. During the holidays, I called for an emergency visit, and they quickly accommodated me, even though I wasn't an established patient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything, including my care plan, reassuring me throughout. Dr. M is easy to talk to, and his confidence made me feel comfortable having overdue dental work done.
Cynthia and the whole team will treat you like family and make sure you’re taken care of on a personal basis. I travel often and only go once a year (if that) but it’s comforting to know that the attentive, professional service is always there. They’ve been my dentist for years and I will continue to go to them even if it’s just for the banter. See you next year.
I have to take a moment to talk about the best dential office I've ever been too. From the front desk to the dentist chair, two thumbs up for the whole visit, and a big thank you to everyone who works there.
