I am very grateful to Dr. Izadi, Ms. Sherryl and the entire team at Valley Dental Health. My Invisalign experience was nothing short of amazing 🤩. I reached my goal of closing my gap and having a beautiful smile. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the moment we walked into Valley Dental Health, we felt welcomed. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel like family. Although my first visit and the dental work i got here were great, unfortunately i feel as though they tried to get over on me…a week or so back i had appointment scheduled for 3 …i wasnt told until 2:57 pm that mandatory overtime was happening, i let them know as soon i as i knew…while i take full responsibility for the short notice…i let them know as soon as i did, while rhey said they understand they tried to charge me 250$ for the missed appointment which is completely ridiculous! Dr. Rafat attempted to sell me a crown procedure that was ultimately determined to be unnecessary. When I expressed concern, based on my past experience of having received four unnecessary fillings from previous dentists, he became personally offended rather than addressing the issue clinically. My previous dentist failed to provide X-rays demonstrating medical necessity for my previous fillings.
