Dr. Rafat attempted to sell me a crown procedure that was ultimately determined to be unnecessary. When I expressed concern, based on my past experience of having received four unnecessary fillings from previous dentists, he became personally offended rather than addressing the issue clinically. My previous dentist failed to provide X-rays demonstrating medical necessity for my previous fillings. I had a great experience at Valley Dental. Dr. Izadi and Tia were patient, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my goals and concerns. They worked with me to put together a thoughtful, flexible plan that felt clear and reassuring. I feel confident moving forward and, for the first time in a long while, I’m genuinely looking forward to smiling. Highly recommend.
Awful experience in getting retainer. I called them several times to purchase new retainers. But the only responses I got is that the doctor will check if they have access to my records and get back to me. Several weeks has passed. No answers at all. This hold me up in making my next step plan . They really don’t care about the patient.
Update: I am now almost finished with my Invisalign treatment. I originally gave 5 stars because the clinical care from the dentists was excellent. However, due to two separate scheduling issues and ongoing communication problems from the administrative/front desk staff, I am changing my rating to 3 stars. My first visit was wonderful.
