Before I begin- I gave this office and Dentist every opportunity to connect and resolve the concerns via telephone and/or meeting. The requests fell on deaf ears so here we go... Dr. Aparna and her staff are the best! I had extensive dental work prior to going to her office. Her staff did a thorough review of my medical and dental history and recommended a plan of more frequent cleanings to maintain and protect my dental work. More frequent cleanings have made the cleanings more comfortable.
They helped my mom on the spot! Very helpful and made us feel welcome from the start! They are bilingual which is a plus for me! Dr. Aparna Gottumukkula was great and trustworthy. After today I will only come to her!

Dr. Aparna has a great personality and staff. But the dental work she preforms is better described as butchering. I went to the office for a consult about a cavity. Dr. Aparna cut the cavity out, from between my front two teeth. Then, sent me on my way without any explanation or filling! No plan or information. Thankfully, I had the support of Dr. Oleksandr Grechko at Advanced Family Dental in Crest Hill to fix what could have been a catastrophic mistake.
