Westside Dental ROCKS! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and always ready with a smile. They are also very responsive to unexpected "emergencies" and flexible when scheduling appointments.
I am 6 months pregnant and needed two teeth to be pulled. I have had teeth pulled in the past and I had zero issues. Today was an absolute nightmare. The staff was very friendly. Mr. Machak not so much. He seemed irritated I was even there. He went to numb me and I've never had it hurt like it did today. My left side went numb which was great and normal. Absolutely worst dental experience I've ever had, and I've been to a handful of offices over the past eight years as my husband is active duty military and we move often. I am from NWI and moved back to the area earlier this summer while my husband was away. I chose Wadas Dental as it was in network with my insurance but had no prior knowledge about them. This office is owned by Advanced Dental Care corporation. I received a survey after my appointment and below is what I wrote. A few days later I received a letter from Dr. Quevedo firing us from his practice. I wouldn’t be to upset except for the fact that we are getting ready to move and wanting to get our already 3 appointments finished done and out of the way. I would not recommend Dr. Quevedo! Dolson Avenue Dental is the very best around! Dr Larry Waldman has gone above and beyond helping me with my teeth problems. Everyone from the smiling receptionist to the helpful and friendly office manager, helped me with all my questions! I am highly recommending Dolson Avenue for everyone!!
Dr. Walding and his staff are amazing! They are friendly and professional. Pam has always been so great to answer any questions or concerns when it comes to my dental insurance and how my plan works. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone!
To keep this short but effective. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!! Dr Robert H Friedman is disgusting and rude. There is nothing professional about this man, he will walk in the room not greet you and immediately start treating you inhumane with being rough with your mouth! No bed side manner what so ever.
