I was charged $5800.00 for an implant they told me my insurance would not pay for so I paid it. Well my insurance did pay it and they will not pay me what they over charged me. Also they did a MRI to show me the tooth needing an implant. The implant was done and either intentionally or unintentionally the tooth next to it was damaged and ended up needing a cap there too. I paid several thousands for my son's dental treatment out of pocket that was not covered by insurance. They convinced me that rest will be covered by insurance but after a few months they sent me bill of about a thousand. I told them I paid all the amount I needed to pay but they give some weird reasons. 1. Pre-estimate for one of the teeth's treatment sent in insurance was wrong. 2. BEWARE!! Dr, Eaton is an incompetent Dentist. He left our daughter in severe pain after a root canal - we are out over $5000 trying to fix his mistake. Still was not able to!!! STAY AWAY- he deletes all negative comments of his site to keep his 5 stars- in all honesty it should be a 1!!
Updating my review to reflect actions taken by Valley Dental to resolve this matter. Valley Dental reached out in an effort to negotiate how to resolve the situation. They offered to reimburse the out-of-pocket expense of one tooth, while refusing to acknowledge that work needed to be done to correct mistakes they made on another tooth. They offered to pay me the out-of-pocket expense of the single tooth if I agreed to sign a release and remove my review.
