Juan Carlos is the best!
George was very nice, and we felt good about the deal when we bought a used Prius. But five weeks after we purchased the car (and about 200 miles driven), we learned that the catalytic converter was shot and needed to be replaced. We asked George to pay for a portion of the repair, but they refused. I was very leary about going to a small dealership to buy a car. George Eddington made me a believer! We had the best experience we ever had at Valley Dealer Exchange. George was upfront about everything relating to the car he had listed on car gurus. He didn't play games with us, go back and "talk to his manager", or attempt to sale us anything we didn't need. OUTSTANDING customer service. You are crazy to pass up a deal here and go to a magir dealership. And no, I didn't get a discount for posting this.
Totally laid-back. Totally transparent. I got my Prius about half a year ago and it's been awesome. I tell everyone to go there. No BS. Guaranteed you will have no trust issues. And they listened to my budget concerns… My car is still worth more than what I paid.
