Service is amazing! NP houston is awesome! Very attentive and super fast!!! Gets thingns done!
Dr Anderson and the nurses are very rude! Took me two days waiting for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy and still never sent it. They also prescribed me a nebulizer which my insurance covered however the nurse wrote down the wrong code and the dr wouldn't fix it. My kids have been sick for about a month and a half and the doctor still tries to give me the same medicine that HASN'T WORKED FOR THE PAST MONTH!! The only good Dr there is Dr. Gomez! Staff is very polite & friendly. Was in & out in less than an hour. Wow � for a weekend!!!
I go to the doctor and do my blood tests, they tell me to come back in 1 week to pick up the results, I come back and get co pay charged again, because I am coming in again, really? It is the same concern, YOU told me to come back, I don't even need to consult with the provider, just give me the freaking results, that MY INSURANCE paid for.���� Takes also forever. I do not recommend it at all!!!!
The wait time is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait. A long time.
I would never come here again. First my appointment was at 1 and I didn't leave there until 4:15! While I was waiting in the exam room I had the pleasure of listening to the doctor talk to the nurse about how she hooked up with her ex boyfriend over the weekend as well as trash talk patients, maybe they should think about how thin the walls are before having those types of conversations. Don't even ask about my follow up visit..
