If you have an unlimited time to waste, go ahead and get seen there. Lack of experience at the front desk is also a primary concern. Please avoid this clinic unless you are in need of a place to waste your time. 2 hours plus and still waiting due to lack of communication between doctor and front desk receptionist.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Starting with how unprofessional the front is. It ALL starts from the from desk and those gals aren’t it. No kind greeting, you stand there until they’re finished doing whatever it is on their personal phones or talking amongst themselves. No friendly smiles. That all I can get past, it seems like you get that almost everywhere you go if you aren’t the same ethnicity as the rest of them because my family and I stand out. During a recent visit to this a medical office, several serious violations of medical laws occurred, including breaches of HIPAA and improper documentation practices. Patient confidentiality was compromised when sensitive information was shared without proper authorization, violating HIPAA regulations.
