I have frequented your establishment many times in fact our kids played ball together at the Y. Tonight was the worst possible experience. I went with my finance and daughter and our goal was to sit and have a nice ice cream together however we had to wait for over a half hour for our ice cream to come out in shifts, entire groups with much more complex orders received theirs before my family received ours not to mention they tried to give me something I didn't order, finally I settled for a plain vanilla dipped waffle cone.... read more
Absolutely love this place. Prices are reasonable an the service is always on point. Everything is GOOD.
Drove here from Bardstown and their hours are listed that they are open and no one is around
Staff is not so friendly. But I love their milkshakes
The last 4 times we have been there, the soft serve machine has had problems. Today, completed the order, paid and the cashier gives the last cone from the soft serve machine that is so soft it is already melting and falling off the cone by the time she passed it through the window. So we paid for 3 items and one was left in the parking lot as it fell off in my car as soon as we moved from the window. We won’t be back...
I love all the flavor options
This place is terrible. Pull up to the window and they are too lazy to walk from the front of the building to the back to wait on you. If you don’t have a drive thru tell your customers. Three cars pulled off as we did. For the owners if you see this and are concerned about how the teenagers at your business are doing: This happened at 5:30pm on Sunday 10/7
