I was in town this weekend and had a derailer issue with my daughter's bike. They got me in and out in just minutes with excellent service! The staff is all smiles and wonderful!!! I WILL BE BACK!!!!!
If you're from the Seattle Area, travel over to Bearded Monkey in Yakima to purchase your electric bikes! Great service, great happy people to serve you. I heard about them from my 88 year old mom, who lives in Yakima and had them put an electric conversion on her Terra Trike. They did a great job. She says...."They look like Hippies, but they're really nice". So I figured they must be GREAT if my mom likes them. We had an awesome experience with the staff there.
