Some of the owners are really rude and I've had two terrible experiences with this business. First experience was a few months ago I was walking on the sidewalk and their dog started barking at me, I told one of the owners can they get the dog. He starts calling the dog but the dog is not listening so I'm like man just come and get him , so he does with an attitude. The employee approached my car before I could put my mask on then rudely told me to put it on. The rest of the encounter was just as rude and unhelpful. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I just went there with the intent of spending at least $500 and the man was extremely rude!! I will not ever go back there!!
This is the best bike shop I've ever been to! fantastic staff that I can always trust to do any services on my bikes that I could need done. recently I had a custom bike stolen from me and the store owner helped me recover it! I can seriously not recommend these guys enough. thank you Lance and the rest of the team for running such a good shop!

I admit I don't know anything about fitness but this was a really fun venue! Thank you for helping out the underground music scene, raising money for band van repairs and giving Yakima a new all ages venue. ❤
