This place is a joke.... screwed a good friend of mine.
Worst possible service. They did not know what they were talking about and they did not repair or fix the issue I brought in for. They kept the parts I gave them to put in and they didn't change the oil like I wanted. I took it to another shop and they have been excellent in service and communicated greatly. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
I would like to thank the guys at valley cycle for working with me to purchase my first motorcycle. They were very easy to work with and got my bike up ready to go and tuned up in a timely manner. I will only be taking my bike there for any services it may need. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
I always like a shop that passes my bike first time around I will never go any where else,thats me nice family shop.
Unfortunately I can't rate this shop a 0 star. Being an avid rider for years and my own mechanic I can't say this shop was a pleasant experience. An electronically issue (beyond my ability) was presented to them. Given at eta of 2 weeks and them being a tune shop I expected no issue as my problem was ecu related. 2 MONTHS 7 PHONE CALLS, THEM SEIZING MY BIKE (them fixing that issue) and 900 dollars later, the bike is no better off, Zero progress and I've had to trailer the bike away from the store. Avoid at all costs
