Stopped in to find out what PEI Blue Dot is. Turns out it is prime PEI beef. Bought a beautiful strip loin for a great price ( seniors discount). It was incredible! Tender, juicy, packed with flavour. One of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Thanks Valley Custom Cutting. We will be back for more.
