My ankle was killing me and I was limping when I walked in and after I walked out just fine.
I’ve been dealing with a disc issue in my back for several months. Finding relief has been less than successful until this. Cryotherapy is awesome!! Everyone is so nice and professional. The facility is well kept and very clean! Provides Immediate relief that lasts. If you have an injury/ issue I suggest you give it a try!!

Very professional staff. The infrared sauna felt amazing! The Cryotherapy itself was very interesting. It really did help with my sore strained muscles. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
