We've been through a lot of management and maintenance repair person. Management has improved. Previous maintenance guy, did repair some things around my unit but very sloppy, and messy. He repaired my toilet paper holder and it was drilled in unevenly. The new maintenance guy did some work on my balcony, and he did ok. I still had a small mess to clean. I am editing my rating as management has responded. About a year and a half ago our property manager was replaced. Moved into my apartment almost 3 years ago sight unseen from out of the state of Minnesota. I paid dearly for that. Carpets smelled like dog urine on move in, old appliances, old warped wooden cabinetry litterally swollen from years of neglect. My boyfriend and I started living in our apartment in November of last year, and we have had nothing but good to say about Valley Creek West! Jesus, our property manager, is the best. She is very helpful and responsive to any needs we may have. When we were moving in, she walked us through everything and made us feel comfortable. Our neighbors are also very quiet and respectful. We love it here and would highly recommend!
Doesn't salt or oplow after snowfall. As a contractor who cannot get out of the parking lot this building is taking food out of my mouth with their poor maintenance. while the property manager was fired for neglecting the apartment nothing has been done that indicates any meaningful changes have been made.
I've tried calling the number provided numerous times with no answer. It's a shame because the limited pictures and interesting architecture were intriguing to us for a rental prospect. Unfortunately, without additional information or a viable method of reaching the leasing agency, it is no longer an option.
