We've been with Valley Credit Union for over 4 years. They have helped us several times with secured loans, personal loans, checking and VISA accounts all with great rates! Service always with a smile!
I have banked with them for 2 years and there has never been any huge issues until recently when they charged me a $50 charge on my account with no funds in it, and NO it wasn't because I purchase a damn thing on this account while it was empty. "It's something they have to charge by law", yet she also said "it's just something the bank charges" Two completely different stories!
I've been a member of the credit union about 25 years now and they are like family members to me. They've helped me through good times and bad times, always with friendly faces and courtesy. I wouldn't think of going any where else for my financial needs. It's so nice to walk in the door and be recognized by name.
This is the best credit union I have ever delt with. Their mobile deposit works great. It's almost faster than going into the bank and making a deposit. I make a mobile deposit in the morning or early afternoon and its there In my account that evening. Thanks, Valley CU.
Stick with a bank or a different credit union. It has to be a Better experience then this. Very unimpressed. This is very unfortunate as I was hoping for better and excited to switch.
