Back in April I had a problem with a lens that I did not think was handled properly. I emailed the company about it, and to my surprise got an email from Janice Adams, the president of the company, after midnight! She handled the problem for me, and was extremely pleasant, even though I started out somewhat heated. I'm impressed. I also appreciate the fact that they ship gas permeables in solution, rather than dry, so I can pop them right in!
