The commercials make VCSB look like a great place that is dedicated to there patience but in all reality the company is about making money. I never paid a dime and I wouldn't recommend anyone to. First off. There employees change like most people change socks so that's why they have no Idea what's going on. I had been going to obot for more than three years with NO failed urine screen ever. I've used VCSB for three years and it's been a net positive. Every interaction with the staff has been neutral to good, usually good. They are enlightened about the LGBTQ+. The case managers have been deeply good, dedicated people exceeding expectations. The therapy options are insufficient, full stop. They need more people, more funding, and maybe more space. They also need staff trained to treat trauma/PTSD.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Noone at Valley community service board is trained to deal with trauma. This clinic is a danger to victims who are reaching out for help If you are seriously in need. Do not come here. They would rather commit you. Then help you. I believe this "medical" building is a scam. They are only open to charge your insurance. Riddle me this....what's the average number of people this company "voluntarily" commit monthly?
