I stopped going because they were billing me and not my insurance saying my insurance won’t cover it. Screw that! I begged for a therapist and all they did was send me to some quack who didn’t care about my past and just wanted me on medication. These people are a joke. Why should I pay for a service that I’m not getting? They throw you into group therapy first which is a big mistake especially with PTSD survivors with ASD. I absolutely love Valley my Case Manager Julie for now anyways is amazing Dr Robbins is amazing he listens to what I have to say he doesn't just push it to get me off visits but he's initiative just like Julie is I'm glad valley is helping me become a better person thank you Julie and Dr Robbins
Valley is just one of a long list of places that offer helpful resources it is NOT the be all end all of rehabs and it doesn't act like it is. Valley helped me when I was a child and their crisis counselors letter kept me out of juvy so years later after my 8th OD I picked them as my first rehab since they helped me in the past. 1 year 11 months sober now, Everyone is kind and helpful and fufills the role they were assigned.
