Let me explain something about AWI, which ironically enough stands for Always With Integrity (LOL)... There is absolutely 100% no integrity when dealing with this property management. They treat people that are low income like they are the scum of the Earth with no respect or decency whatsoever. After living here for 6 years I would think that maybe a notice of a rent change would have sufficed but instead they allowed my rent to accumulate with the money I owe (that I had no idea that I owed by the way!) for 4 months and th... read more
Landscaping is nice. I like there is a small play area for children, to walk your dog. Looks like a Nice place to live.
