BE AWARE!!of their invoicing they came to my shop spent 30 minutes looking at my oven told me they could not fix it and left.I Did not see an invoice,They ran it through on my credit card they had on file. I called and asked about the charge being $321.00 and why it said two hours labor. I was told sorry for my luck, That’s labor charges. Nothing they can do about it. Shame shame on them.
I am gathering photos and bills now to add... After approx. $1400.00, 5 phone calls, emails and 2 visits, my floral cooler isn't working properly. The last visit they literally sprayed out the condenser and charged me for labor, truck charge, co2, freon (because they claim it needs some after it gets cleaned but wasnt low prior). BECAUSE they couldn't find anything wrong. BUTT The issue still completely exist. And it's almost like the bill is a secret. I have used Valley for routine maintenance and emergency repairs. They are always professional and timely. Terry came out today for an issue with our ice maker. He had to go get a new part but still had it working quickly!
We had an oral estimate for the cost of the repairs to our freezer and fryer. The work was done satisfactorily - we received a bill which was three times the estimate and when we called we were told they would get back to us. They never got back to us -- they just charged our credit card. Good work - lousy response and extremely expensive.
I am the owner of a small restaurant near downtown Cincinnati. We have been using Valley as our primary service provider for about three years and I'm thrilled with the service and the value they provide.
