We called Valley Commercial Services on a Friday for an emergency repair, and they answered right away. They quickly sent a technician who was knowledgeable, professional, and able to resolve the issue fast, minimizing our downtime. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and level of service. Great company to work with, and I would highly recommend them.
HadnTerry out 2x this last month or so for separate problems he was amazing! Fast & efficient & went super super early the next business day to a place to get a part I needed & problem was solved before we even knew it.
This is directed toward one of your drivers, he needs ro work on his driving etiquette. Cannot speak for the service, but that is not a good representation of your company.
Poor service and customer service- do not recommend!
This company’s van cut me off, then the driver proceeded to record me and waved like we were old friends. Love the confidence, questionable the driving. If this is how they handle minor traffic, I’d hate to see how they handle customers
