Haven’t actually used this company for their services but I definitely won’t after the experience I’ve had with them. An employee driving one of the company trucks had his daughter in the vehicle and she swung her door open and damaged my vehicle. Despite me seeing it with my own eyes, the supervisor and employee decided that dishonesty is the best policy LOL. Called for service on Sunday. Dispatcher told us we could have someone out the next day, or we could pay an emergency service rate and have them immediately. Since we could wait till the next day we said that would be fine and to please make sure we were on the schedule for Monday. Called Monday and we were not on the schedule and we were told we would not be seen until the end of the week at the earliest. This is just plain poor customer service. Called on Monday for a service tech to look at a reach in freezer. Was told likely able to see us Friday. Friday morning received text from the tech saying he was on way. At 4pm still no sign. I reached out and tech said he was pulled off to other jobs per his boss. I called main number to find out if anyone was coming and was told I'd have to pay overtime rate. That person asked for tech name who contacted me and said he would try to get that waived since I received the run around in an effort to save the business relations... read more
Corey came out to perform maintenance on our refrigeration equipment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything well and also provided future maintenance checks. I would highly recommend Valley Commercial Service for your refrigeration needs.
