Had my 2009 Malibu fixed at Valley Collision Center. Great job guys. I can not tell what part of the car was damaged. Vehicle was done on time and paint matches perfect. I highly recommend Valley Collision Center to anybody that gets into a wreck. They handled my Inc Co for me all I had to do is get an est, drop off car and when the job was done pay my deductable. I was recently in a accient where the whole back end of my car was smashed in... It took about 4 weeks for the repair which was okay with me..I think good work cant be rushed!! I was COMPLETELY statified with my vehicle. THEY went above and beyond and met every need we had.I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH MY VEHICLE. If you ask me it sounds like someone has nothing better to do than to keep tabs and continue to trash this business!! Move on already!!!
THIS SHOP IS A JOKE. I USED TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS AND HAVE GOTTEN TIRED OF THEIR REPEATED SHODDY SERVICE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THEY DO NOT GIVE WRITTEN ESTIMATES AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PARTS THAT THEY (SUPPOSEDLY) REPLACED, AND WILL LEAVE WIRES DISCONNECTED AND NOT PUT LINERS BACK IN, AND THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. THANK YOU VALLEY COLLISION! I Was in a car accident last week and did not know what to do. I took my car to Valley Collision and they were so helpful. They completed my estimate and took pictures of my car. My estimate was e-mailed to my insurance co. I was so glad that I did not have to get 2 more estimates. I picked my car up on Monday, the color matched beautifully. Thanks for the helpful and friendly service Valley Collision.
My car was in a fender-bender that caused the airbags to deploy. My insurance told me to take it here. I was told two weeks and so called two weeks after dropping it off and was told it would be ready in 4 days, so I called 4 days later and was told it would be ready in 3 days, this continued for an additional 2 weeks, so in total they had it for a month.Very little was actually fixed on it. My truck was in a collision and the entire front in was smashed in, so I took it to valley collision and when I got the truck the back bumper was completely messed up, it looked like something dropped on it and also had a dent on the corner. Little bits and pieces were not finished on our truck also, and it was dirty. They didnt do a very thorough job looking over the truck to make sure everything was done properly. I was very disappointed.
The owner is the person who takes care of you. Has a lot of pride in his family business. Will pick you up or deliver your car. Feeling of small town business. Kind woman in the office, helpful. Best shop in town.
