Had my 2009 Malibu fixed at Valley Collision Center. Great job guys. I can not tell what part of the car was damaged. Vehicle was done on time and paint matches perfect. I highly recommend Valley Collision Center to anybody that gets into a wreck. They handled my Inc Co for me all I had to do is get an est, drop off car and when the job was done pay my deductable. Good job. Thank you.
I was recently in a accient where the whole back end of my car was smashed in... It took about 4 weeks for the repair which was okay with me..I think good work cant be rushed!! I was COMPLETELY statified with my vehicle. THEY went above and beyond and met every need we had.I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH MY VEHICLE. If you ask me it sounds like someone has nothing better to do than to keep tabs and continue to trash this business!! Move on already!!!
THIS SHOP IS A JOKE. I USED TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS AND HAVE GOTTEN TIRED OF THEIR REPEATED SHODDY SERVICE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THEY DO NOT GIVE WRITTEN ESTIMATES AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PARTS THAT THEY (SUPPOSEDLY) REPLACED, AND WILL LEAVE WIRES DISCONNECTED AND NOT PUT LINERS BACK IN, AND THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE.
