Hello!
I had the worst experience. It took twice as long as they said it was going to take (one month, as opposed to a week and a half to two weeks). The customer service was terrible. They never called me or took any proactive steps to keep me informed on the status of my car, except in response to my calls to them, even to tell me on the day that I was supposed to get my car back that it was going to be another week (it ended up being another two weeks before I got my car back). great and totally awesome – went there for a bid on a bumper that was dented, they quoted me a price at about a third of two other shops, they just wanted to heat it and straighten it, and not charge me for a new OEM bumper, awesome!

Great, Speedy Auto Body Work! – When my parked Toyota Rav4 got hit in a drug store parking lot, I was very upset, to say the least. There was a huge dent to my rear bumper and the timing was horrible, since I was in the middle of moving. I was referred to Dent Masters, and I am very glad that I was. They were very nice, and were able to fix my car in 1 day! I was really amazed. It looks like it was never even hit. I feel so relieved and happy with their work, and would highly recommend them.
Awesome job fixing my audi – Dent Master made my Audi looks brand new after my son ran in to the back of another car smashing the front end in. Now you cant even tell it happened. They were quick and easy to work with. Thanks guys!
Great job fixing my Toyota!! – This has to be the best collision repair center in Salt Lake City. These guys were fast, friendly and easy to work with. I hope I never have a car accident again, but if I do, I'll take it to Dent Master of Salt Lake every time.
Amazing Shop – My experience with Dent Master has been wonderful. I was referred by a friend who has had work done there. They really stand behind there work. Very pleasant experience. It was rough getting into an accident to begin with and I was not sure how to handle things. Brent and Curtis at Dent Master took care of everything...all the way down to helping file the claim and offering to shuttle me home and back to pick up the car when it was done as a courtesy .
