This lab is located in the Mission Ranch Primary Care office. When I walked in to the office, the receptionist for the medical side told me to sign in and leave my insurance cards on the counter. I did so, and then I sat down to wait. The woman from Valley Clinical Lab was helping the next person in line, so I asked her if it was alright that I left my insurance cards on the counter.
