I have been using their service since 2018. They have always been excellent.
I've attempted to call twice and leave a detailed message with Valley Clinical Lab on Court Street and asked for the Lab employee to contact me, kindly. I had to drive out of my way for the employee on duty to answer my question, in which, she had the lab request by the physician. I had to drive back home and attain the specimen and drive back to the clinic to drop it off. The hassle could have been easily avoided if one of the employees would have called me back.
