By far my favorite place to get labs drawn. They are efficient, professional and have gone above and beyond to help get my labs done and my orders processed. Shoutout to Jamie and Tasha, thank you for making my experience so good!
I have used this lab for the last 4 years through both my pregnancies and beyond and the staff is always so unfriendly and unprofessional. My most recent encounter, I called and left messages 3 times over the course of a week to verify they had my lab orders, no answers, no callbacks, I did my fasting and went in first thing in the morning. The woman who spoke to me was very rude, took my ID, came back out and said she didn’t have my orders and I need to physically go to my dr to get a paper copy and slammed the door in my f... read more
Never a waiting line and no appointments necessary. Evidently their web site on hours is wrong, they are only open M-Th 8-3:30 Fri 8-2, but they weren't open when my husband went there around 1:00 today. So please correct your hours on your website.
