The Doctor and staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. We just moved to Valley City 2 years ago and are so happy they are located right in our own backyard.
DR set me up with great glasses for in office; good for using on the computer & can also walk around the office in them. Nice selection of frames. DR also helped my husband with his Rx; he has had trouble in the past.
The doctor is amazing and very helpful. The problem is the woman answering the phone. I call to ask a question and she not only was extremely rude, she refused to let me leave a question for the doctor. She actually told me that she had worked there as long as the doctor so I didn't need to ask the doctor. Sorry to have to find a new office for my family.
