The staff here are INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful to all patients, staff talk badly about patients in a second language constantly, Teri lies about treatment plans. They also do not update family at all and lie saying no ROIs are on file. I filled out an ROI right as I walked in and was told the facility claimed I never filled one out. They rip you away from any and all contact to family/lawyers, use unnecessary restraints, and constantly threaten patients with restraints/seclusion if they are acting in anyway other then ... read more
They utilize spit hoods on patients that inhibit breathing. See this photo from inside their hospital. Get treated somewhere else!
Staff is terrible, at least the two my wife and I were approached by.. we were in two separate vehicles because we had to meet there for our daughter and they approached both of our vehicles as we were leaving and proceeded to explain to us that “ this was a business” and we needed to leave. Btw.., there was no incident that would warrant this response.
NO COMMUNICATION! Our son signed RoI's (release of information) for us, his alcohol counselor and the court. The staff does not respond to messages or emails from anyone (not even the court). Lack of communication has delayed our sons placement in a 60 day rehab facility. I would never send anyone here.
Feels like jail. The beds are barely 1 inch thick, every room has an auto locking door that beeps every time it is opened disturbing the client in their room. The food is always served in the “danger zone” for temperature, always cold never hot.
