If you're in a domestic violence situation and need help with resources. This is not the place for help. Ryan was my therapist and he not only made me feel worse but he made every session about him. I needed my medications but my appointment kept getting pushed back another month. This place is re-traumatizing. They'll tell you to do breath work while you live with a man that makes you fear for your life.

If another therapist quits their job that I am under the care of, I will be leaving! I haven't had a decent consistent therapist for the past 3 year's of being a client here. 🙄 I've had another therapist do one session with me and then they quit. My most recent therapist didn't even tell me ahead of time they were leaving to move back home, I had to find out from someone else. This is mental health/medical field not some regular job.
