If you're in a domestic violence situation and need help with resources. This is not the place for help. Ryan was my therapist and he not only made me feel worse but he made every session about him. I needed my medications but my appointment kept getting pushed back another month. This place is re-traumatizing. They'll tell you to do breath work while you live with a man that makes you fear for your life.
