Was scheduled for a therapy appointment with one of the providers, which honestly went fine, no issues there. I called the next week because I needed to reschedule my next appointment, and after getting through to an actual phone ring after a string of prompts, the phone was immediately picked up after one ring and hung up. I do not think a behavioral health clinic should be handling calls this way - I was only trying to reschedule, but people could be calling who are having an actual mental health crisis. Denied help during worst times due to demographics.... People are dying and these people only care about demographics...smh...
