I scheduled an oil change and an alignment, along with several recall repairs for my Ram 2500. When I picked the truck up, the alignment was not included on the bill. I asked why not, and they stated they did not have the equipment to align my truck. They completely neglected to inform me of this at any point prior to me asking about it.
