I can't believe what a great experience it was to have my child seen here. The clinic was run so efficiently that we felt like we were practically the only patient there and were given so much care and attention. I'm grateful for the staff and Dr. Appleton the cardiologist, they were all so wonderful.
I used to be a patient here at Valley Children’s hospital and I was seeing a neurologist who now RETIRED and I am of age of an adult, so I will be seeing an adult neurologist. I asked for a refill prescription on my medicine because I was running out and without medicine I am at high risk of having many seizures. This new doctor who came in did not want to refill it and he reported me to the DMV safety branch to try and get my license suspended saying I am needed to be evaluated. The facility is Beautiful. My husband and I entered the Hospital early on a Friday Morning 1/3/24, to only go to Quest Diagnostics. We had never been there before. The young women at the Front Desk, started yelling at us because we were checking in the wrong Kiosk. She wasn't able to show any grace and didn't display Compassion, Professionalism or Respect. She then got on the phone and started laughing. Hmm this person is representing your facility? WOW!!
