Selene was the worst member in staff. She was trying to get my blood drawn and the 3 times she tried wasn't successful because she would move the needle inside when changing tubes. She didn't even care or say sorry, she was rude the entire interaction. Now there's also this policy that says that they can't take more than 3 attempts so I lost my time going there today. If you see Selene trying to get your blood drawn please run for your life.
My daughter has been a patient since the facility opened here in Modesto. I can honestly say we've never had a bad experience receptionists are amazing especially Erika in the front office. My daughter loves going to her follow up appointments every two years with her orthopedic surgeon just to see Erika, to have as my daughter calls it a "girly conversation with her friend Erika". Thank you Erika for always going above and beyond for my daughter Carolina.
