Currently going here to get an acl replacement. I’ve been injured for a year alr and they still keep delaying my surgery. I’m in pain.
This place is severely unorganized and doesn’t care how long they take to refer kids to physical therapy. My son has been waiting months and when I call to speak to someone about it they say “oh sorry we’re backed up.” Then hire more people, better yet hire a new manager because the way this office is ran is ridiculous! It is unacceptable for a child to wait MONTHS when they are in constant pain. Do better.
My appointment was 10 am they made us wait till 11:30
Amazing doctors! Dr. Woodson took care of my son, seen he needed surgery and booked us for the same day! Thank you to Dr. Woodson and all the nurses and staff that helped my son! I am truly grateful ❤️
It's impossible to get through to anyone on the phone at this office. I have called multiple times- each time I am on hold for 10-15 minutes and then it gets forwarded to a voice mail box with no call back. Pretty disappointing as we had a good experience at the actual office.
