Love this place. Doctors are great, and the people in the front are great, thank you.
We made an appointment for may 8with dr Morgan in February and yesterday they called and said we can’t see your daughter due to dr Morgan is a new dr and he spends an hour on each patient and is only allowing 6 patients a day yeah thanks if my daughter dies from a heart problem in airing you guys for wrongful death. Definitely living up to their reviews.
Didn’t think the reviews were right before coming. Sure enough lived up to the expectations… horrible ! Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can’t see my son because the providers said it’s best to go to the ER! Joke of a clinic. Going to go to Madera valley children’s
Love the staff and care so far but the customer service or getting a hold of them is a joke, especially waiting to try and get a hold of the dental department
So hard to get ahold of them I tried calling 2x, one time the operator told me I was the 10th caller then the second time it said I was the 13th caller. finally after waiting 20min I got transferred to an OVERFLOW receptionist. She told me she was only talking messages for the clinic or I could call back later hoping they’ll answer. So yea don’t waist your time…
