We stopped taking our child here. The doctors, PAs , and the nurses were always wonderful and treated us great. Unfortunately, you can't have it all at some establishments and this is one of them. It was the front office staff - all except ONE at the window - and the Office Manager that prompted us to leave. The office manager was the deciding factor. Supporting staff - especially an office manager- should undergo training on how to properly deal with patients as we put our trust in them.

I am not a direct patient of Valley Children’s Clinic, but my sister’s children are my nephews. Recently, my nephew was denied a physical because the clinic is no longer accepting walk-ins. My sister had to take him to another clinic, and because of that, they removed him as a patient. She was never informed of this policy, and now all three of her children have lost access to care at this clinic. We absolutely love this clinic and all the staff!!! Never have been treated unkind. The doctors are all attentive and so loving! The front end staff has always been very respectful and sweet.

Before showing up to appt I Was told my son was “inactive” and had to confirm if he can be seen…when he has been going to this clinic for 16 years!! Was told they were “under staffed” & when I asked for the lady I spoke with over the phone prior, I was told she left. I then asked for someone in charge and was told they also left for the day. After rudeness from the lady at the window I ended up telling her to leave my son as “inactive” because we will be changing clinics/dr/pediatricians. This clinic is NOT the same anymore.... read more
