The buying experience was exceptional! Billy, Dominic, and Blane are beyond amazing! The time that they took to answer all of my questions was beyond what I was expecting. I went to test drive an Equinox after pancakes at Perkins, specifically because I was reading the local paper over said pancakes, and there was an ad for Tri Rivers Chevrolet in the paper advertising cars, and, I quote, “a cup of the best darn mediocre coffee around.” I don’t drink coffee, but I was thinking about a car, and they are practically across the street. Fast and easy service. Not pushy about getting things fixed that we didn’t want at this time.
Went in for a recall on my air bag and my service air bag light was on. They finished the recall work and didn’t clear the light off of my system. Was literally the reason I drove down this dealership from Plymouth. Other than that my experience at this dealership was fine.
