They tell me $35 plus tax to patch a tire. So, I scheduled an appointment. A few days later I put my tire in my trunk and brought it in. About 15 mins later the guy comes back and says that they can’t patch it but he can get me estimates for a new tire. I said Ok, no problem but let me talk to my husband 1st before I buy tires, so just go ahead and throw it back in the trunk. He then proceeds to tell me my charge will be $40 plus tax. Great customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.
If there was a way to put a negative with stars it would be lit. I have an issue with my colordo. I called up. The phone was breaking up with the secretary and It was frustrating and trying to get the understanding was difficult. The mngr gets on the phone. ( all in the service department) i tried explaining my situation. My truck was giving me an issue in Wilkes-Barre by valley. I bought it at blaize. Put extended warranty on it too. I have bought a Colorado just a little over 2 years ago and I traded that one in on a Traverse yesterday. Both of them were purchased through Valley Chevrolet. I am very pleased with their Sales people and Dave Williams in finance. They made the process so easy. I will say this I went to other dealerships and the sales person never came up to you. You had to go find one. Not at Valley I told them what I wanted and they were on it. They want to sell you a vehicle. If they had 10 stars I would give them 10 stars excellent sale... read more
