Used them to have a single room cleaned in my home. Guy said if there is a smell, he would come back. I tried numerous times to follow up and got no answer or follow up. Took 3 weeks to process the check. Won't use again.

We had this company come to clean our sofa and carpet in one of our rooms. I wish I would have given everything a good look before handing him the check because both our carpet AND sofa looked WORSE than it did before they “cleaned” them. I ended up having to rent a carpet cleaner the next weekend to go over everything again and with MUCH better results. Technician was on time and very courteous. Knowledgeable about the cleaning process. Was able to remove the two main stains that were on my chair, and the rest of the chair was thoroughly cleaned. Fantastic results! Made the chair and ottoman look like new! And the price was reasonable for the work done. Would definitely call again for other cleaning.
