DO NOT Use Valley Center Pools! We were told by a friend to use them and shouldn't have listened. We were in the middle of Escrow to purchase our first home and our bank wouldn't sign off on it till the pool was clear. It was a bank owned property so we needed to get it done ourselves because the seller bank wouldn't do it. We were quoted $600 to $700 by VC Pools. This is the worst pool company in existence! The owners and staff are terrible! We hired them to do a $300 initial pool servicing and they didn't even look or clean the filter. They came out three times and never, not once did they put any chlorine in the pool. Our pool and Jacuzzi turned green. We called another pool company to service the pool and found out the filter was completely green and clogged and a backwash valve broken. Therefore, they DID NOTHING, no chemicals, no servicing! good job – With so many pool companies in today's day and age, I find Valley Center Pools as one of the most down-to-earth companies.
My pool needed to be remodeled so I went and called Valley center. I had been recommended by a friend to go on and give them a call. All things I heard like being on time working on the pool, fare prices, and detect any problems with my pool came to be right. They are a great company and I will use them for the future reference. Great work done in my pool guys. Now time to enjoy it.
